Cancellation Policy
1-Booking & Deposit
• A credit card (or payment method) will be required to hold your appointment.
• By booking you agree to this policy.
2-Free Cancellation / Reschedule Notice
• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
3-Late Cancels / Short Notice
• Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost.
4-No-Show & Last-Minute
• If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
5-Repeated Late Cancels / No-Shows
• Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments, or may be refused booking.
6-Arrival Time / Late Arrival
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment (and you will be charged as a no-show) or we may need to shorten your service — full cost still applies.
7-Acknowledgement
• By confirming your appointment you acknowledge and accept this policy.
